Despite the result this was a good battling performance against a strong Dartford line up,which included three former Gravesham players whom it was nice to see again
Dartford took an early lead after a goal mouth scramble,and neither side was able to find the net during the rest of the first half.
Gravesham were forced into making continual changes throughout the match due to a variety of minor injuries,but every player put in a good effort whenever called upon.
The second half saw Dartford take a three goal lead before ,Gravesham replied with a shot from Grace from inside the Dartford area.Dartford replied soon after to make the score 4 1,and that was the final score as the match ended in near darkness and a hail storm.
Special mention today to Toni,for an excellent defensive effort,but everyone played their part
