A great performance today by the ladies against the unbeaten league leaders.
Despite conceding a very early goal,and conceding 3 more during an eventful first half , in which Brooke scored, the performance was excellent.
A tactical change at half time from a 4 5 1 formation to 4 4 2 , with Grace moving forwards from midfield, increased the pressure on Aylesford, and Nicole, who had come off injured in the first half , produced a great shot which the Aylesford goalkeeper failed to stop for our second goal.
Gravesham continued to press,but Aylesford then added to their tally from close range on the break
Emily then scored a spectacular long range free kick.and almost added to it with another shortly afterwards.

A fine performance from Jo in goal, great defensive play from Tilie , Megan, Becky M, Hollie and Emma. Strong midfield play from Imy, Claire, Brooke ,Grace and Nicole with Abi holding up play well up frontl Emily starting up front ended up in central defence, and played well in both positions
A performance to be proud of, and it can’t be long before the results will follow.
