The ladies narrowly lost a close contest against previously unbeaten Diamond United in a well contested match, After going a goal down midway through the first half, a fine strike from Lucie brought the sides level at half time.
After conceding an early second half goal, Gravesham were awarded a penalty for handball which was well saved by the Diamond Utd goalkeeper. Despite a number of second half injuries to Gravesham the team battled on but were unable to score an equaliser.
